This is a super niche deionizer! There is a process of conveying pellets and powders using air. When pellets or powders are conveyed through hoses or pipes, they collide with each other and rub against the inner walls of the pipes, becoming strongly charged with static electricity. The corona treatment machine from STT has a different electrode structure compared to conventional corona treatment machines. In typical corona treatment machines, the film is sandwiched between the anode and cathode, which can unintentionally lead to issues such as back discharge. However, thanks to the special structure of the electrodes, where the anode and cathode are integrated, such back discharge does not occur, and there are no limitations on the thickness of the materials being processed. This makes it suitable not only for webs but also for molded products with height differences. (Effective plasma zone = up to 10mm) With the STT corona treatment device, even boards with a thickness of several centimeters can be processed! If you want to treat the surface of thick sheets but think plasma treatment is too expensive, please consider the STT corona treatment machine.
