The "Stripping Tower / Absorption Tower" is an ammonia treatment facility designed to separate and recover ammonia from wastewater containing ammonia (including salts). Operation is fully controlled by an automatic sequence, with complete unmanned operation except for the button operation to stop the system. The lower part of the absorption tower functions as a barometric condenser, circulating and cooling the absorbed ammonia water, and concentrating the ammonia/water vapor that exits from the top of the stripping tower.
