Detoxifying VOCs! Eliminating odor generation and contributing to effective energy utilization.
The "VOC catalytic deodorization device" contributes to VOC countermeasures in response to VOC emission control regulations, reduces equipment costs and running costs, and enables more efficient VOC treatment. It oxidizes and decomposes VOCs (volatile organic compounds) generated from manufacturing lines in industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, and printing into CO2 and H2O, eliminating odor generation. By using a catalyst, the oxidation and decomposition temperature can be maintained between 150 and 350°C, significantly reducing energy consumption compared to direct combustion methods. Additionally, by using an economizer (heat exchanger), heat recovery is possible, allowing for further energy recovery. 【Features】 - Operating at low temperatures (150-350°C) for contact oxidation results in lower running costs compared to direct combustion methods. - The device is more compact compared to other methods. - The catalyst can be cleaned and regenerated. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
