TRZ Analyzer: A dedicated testing device for the maintenance, manufacturing, and quality control of power ultrasonic transducers, converters, boosters, horns, and acoustic stacks. This device determines the frequency, impedance, and mechanical quality factor of the test subject. It facilitates the tuning process, applies pass criteria, generates test reports, and includes software for saving/comparing results. Sonic Sniffer (Non-contact Frequency Meter): Establishes the operational frequency baseline of ultrasonic devices and detects frequency shifts that indicate when preventive maintenance is needed. Piezo Clamping: A new device that standardizes the prestress of piezoelectric ceramics and prevents damage to converters and ultrasonic transducers. Simply input the ceramic parameters and tighten the transducer until the desired prestress is achieved. Unlike tightening torque, prestress is a known value that depends only on the type of ceramic. Sonelastic HZ: Can measure the Young's modulus, shear modulus, Poisson's ratio, and damping of metal alloys used in the manufacturing of ultrasonic horns and components.

Free membership registrationThis is a polarization system that includes a high-voltage power supply necessary for the polarization of piezoelectric materials, a fixture for contacting the sample, and control software. The polarization fixture can be immersed in high-temperature silicone oil or transformer oil for high-temperature polarization. The fixture is made of stainless steel and aluminum. It has electrical insulation properties up to 30kV. It can accommodate temperatures up to 250°C (Teflon) or 300°C (ceramic). It can be installed in an oil bath or a constant temperature chamber for high-temperature testing. The lower electrode is made of stainless steel. The upper electrode is an M3 ball (replaceable) and is equipped with a spring to maintain pressure and good electrical contact during testing.

Free membership registrationTo reduce the time, effort, and introduction costs for researchers in the fields of ferroelectrics, piezoelectrics, pyroelectrics, and high-voltage dielectrics, we offer a low-cost testing system utilizing refurbished products, backed by a one-year warranty. The main components, such as LCR meters, impedance analyzers, electrometers, and temperature chambers, are sourced from top manufacturers. Depending on your budget, we can combine refurbished products from these manufacturers to achieve greater cost savings. We provide original software and probes tailored to the user's applications. This system is very simple yet significantly contributes to research and development. *This system (equipment + software + fixtures) is a product developed by researchers (PhD) at Pennsylvania State University in the United States, based on needs they experienced during their own research.

Free membership registration<Polymer-based Materials> We have experience evaluating almost all dielectric, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric polymers and possess a database of dielectric and high-voltage test data. We can assist in selecting the most suitable materials for specific applications. *Polymer manufacturers often do not sell in quantities less than 55 pounds (approximately 25 kg), making it difficult to obtain small samples for research and development. Additionally, a lot of paperwork is required before receiving the materials. We sell starting from one film or 50g of powder. Various electroactive polymers (EAP) or electromechanical polymers (EMP) with large displacement response to electric fields, including PVDF, PVDF-TrFE-CFE, or fluorinated elastomers. PVDF, PVDF-TrFE, PVDF-TrFE-CFE & CTFE, and other PVDF copolymers and terpolymers. <PVDF EAP Film> We can provide almost all films available in the market. Ferroelectric PVDF kits of PVDF, P(VDF-TrFE-CFE), P(VDF-TrFE-CTFE), extrusion, solvent cast, oriented PVDF, transparent ITO, speakers, energy harvesting, etc.
