The Clamp Unit HY CLAMP LIGHT "JEH/JEA Series" adopts an embedded magnetic proximity switch with a focus on ease of use. It has been developed in response to the demands of machine tool and fixture manufacturers for a more compact body shape. Our company responds to the diverse needs of users of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for labor-saving and rationalization with our technical expertise and a wide range of products.

This is a pneumatic cylinder with a tie rod design equipped with a brake mechanism. It accommodates inner diameters from φ40 to φ100. We have also prepared a wide range of related components such as mounting brackets and compatible switches. The brake mechanism operates by exhausting air supplied to the brake unit port, allowing the built-in spring force to engage the brake. (Note: The double brake type has been discontinued.)

The air pressure-driven diaphragm pump "TD/TD2 series" is widely used for pumping water, organic solvents, slurry liquids, viscous liquids, as well as chemicals such as acids and alkaline solvents. It is available in both metal and resin body types, and various diaphragm materials are also offered. (Some models are no longer in production. Please contact us for more information.)

The air-driven diaphragm pump "TD/TD2 series" is widely used for pumping not only water, organic solvents, slurries, and viscous liquids, but also chemicals such as acids and alkaline solvents. We offer both metal and resin body types, and we provide various diaphragm materials to suit our customers' applications. Our air-driven diaphragm pumps, with a long track record, are widely utilized across various industries and have received high praise for their quality.

Our air pressure cylinder "10A-6 series" offers various derived variations based on the basic model, including valve sets, switch sets, non-rotating options, and stroke adjustment features.

The vane-type air motor "TAV3 series" features an aluminum body, achieving approximately 30% weight reduction compared to the old type air motors (according to our company). Additionally, by installing the exhaust muffler at the rear, we have realized space-saving design, and a planetary gear has been adopted for the reduction mechanism. The size lineup has been expanded with the addition of a new high-output type, offering a total of four models that accommodate a wide range of specifications from low output to high output. (*TAV3S (clockwise: unidirectional rotation specification) has been discontinued for manufacturing and sales.)

The hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, as well as various hydraulic and pneumatic equipment handled by Parker TAIYO, are highly durable. However, due to the usage environment and the passage of time, while the main body may remain intact, wear parts such as seals in the sliding sections will wear out and need to be replaced. Therefore, we have prepared MRO parts such as packing and seals for overhauls, maintenance, and servicing. Additionally, we also offer maintenance and service kits for diaphragm pumps and valves handled by Parker TAIYO, in addition to cylinders.

The combination of the booster (Newma Lock) and the fastening device allows for a high output of 1.5 to 44.1 kN to be obtained as needed. The booster (Newma Lock) is available in two types: direct pressure type and pre-pressure type. It accommodates a wide range of operations from short strokes to long strokes of the actuator.

Our air-saving unit "ASV2-25A" is a switch valve suitable for energy-saving and environmental measures that can be easily implemented without the need for a power supply. It allows for easy adjustment of pulse frequency, achieving a 50% reduction in air consumption during air blowing. Additionally, by utilizing the air-saving monitor "ASV2-PM1," it supports the visualization of pulse frequency and reduction effects through digital display.
