The "CFCLEAN" cable is a specially designed cable with a unique structure that has no outer sheath, developed exclusively for igus's new ultra-thin cable protection tube, "e-skin flat." It is used in combination with e-skin flat to achieve cleanliness compliant with ISO Class 1. It can be utilized in semiconductor devices and other applications that require a highly clean environment. (*Please use CFCLEAN in conjunction with e-skin flat. This product supports both ends of the corrugated tube, as well as curved sections and rotational movements. The cable solution for SCARA robots consists of three elements tailored and adjusted for each SCARA robot: a swivel bearing (moving end), a swivel bearing (fixed end), and a corrugated tube with an e-rib. The e-rib stabilizes and defines the movement of the corrugated tube to move in only one direction. With the side guide parts, the corrugated tube can run in free span.
