The "OJ type/ND type" is a seismic ceiling construction method that aims to integrate the structural frame and ceiling by directly connecting structural materials with the ceiling substrate, achieving a semi-structural design with equivalent strength to the structural frame. It prevents the amplification of vibrations on the ceiling surface, as seen in suspended ceilings, and allows for ceilings that do not fall under specific ceiling regulations. The "MB Louver" is a product developed with the concept of directly designing the ceiling underground material (batten: [M] Metal [B] Bar). It uses color-coated steel plates that are also used for roofs and exterior walls, making it suitable for outdoor use. The standard sizes for the louver shape are double type (W50×H25) and single type (W25×H25). In general, seismic reinforcement of ceilings involves designing them to withstand seismic forces by increasing the strength of the joints in the ceiling framework. However, reinforced ceilings tend to have a large number of components and become heavier. Lite Safe features a simple structure where glass wool boards, which serve as the ceiling finishing material, are simply placed on aluminum T-bars. Additionally, by consolidating equipment into separate suspended equipment panels away from the ceiling surface, the mass of the ceiling components is kept below 2 kg per square meter. We have made it possible to construct a 10m wall substrate without using reinforcement materials. Since it can be constructed in the same way as conventional methods, we expect a reduction in construction time and costs in places such as cinemas, theaters, shopping malls, and factories with two-story atriums. <Features> 1. We have made it possible to construct a lightweight steel partition wall substrate of 10m (P-100TW is 9m) without using reinforcement materials, which was previously not possible. 2. Since high walls can be constructed in the same way as conventional methods, we can significantly reduce labor costs, making it effective in places like cinemas, theaters, shopping malls, and factories with two-story atriums. 3. Slide the upper and lower brackets to securely fix the steel flange and the pre-piece material without welding. Since the brackets and the pre-piece material can be secured with screws, the strength in the out-of-plane direction has increased (which also contributes to fall prevention). Although the left and right are separate products, we have made it easier to visually confirm by changing the color of the nuts.

This OS sealing "OTO-LESS" is a ceiling substrate material that achieves both vibration isolation and seismic performance, which was difficult with suspended ceilings. By simply fastening the braces for seismic reinforcement to the junctions of the ceiling substrate, it can demonstrate high seismic performance while preventing sound transmission. "Hakobou" is a flatbed hand truck used in sets of two. With a compact size and a maximum load capacity of 500 kg per unit, it features polyurethane wheels that allow for smooth movement in various directions. This product has passed the JIS inspection for hand trucks.

"Okuzo" is a wooden pallet made of 100% recyclable PP (polypropylene). It has a very strong safety allowable load of 8.3t per unit and can be reused repeatedly. We would like to introduce the construction case of a station handled by Okju. In the railway industry, pigeon damage to station buildings and platform roofs is a very serious problem. This time, West Japan Railway Company requested a finish using ceiling base materials, and as a result of development considerations, we adopted the "MB Louver," which can prevent pigeons from entering the ceiling interior. It is an extremely simple single-slope line louver composed of two types of components: the louver body using ceiling battens and the stringer. By selecting from several types of louver pitches, various expressions can be created, and if a specific pitch is chosen, it is also effective for pigeon prevention, allowing for a sharp ceiling design in places such as station buildings, platforms, and corridors, where movement lines should be considered. We would like to introduce a case study of the light ceiling handled by Okuju. The large banquet hall "Le Grand" of the "Hotel Granvia Wakayama," which reopened after renovation in June 2007, features a canvas ceiling of a different type than before. The walls are equipped with a 360° multi-screen, allowing various landscapes and photos to be projected. The canvas ceiling is adorned with flat bars on the surface, creating a flowing and smooth impression. By using lighting equipment from Daiko Electric Co., Ltd., the lighting colors can be freely switched, allowing for a variety of expressions. Together with the projectors on the walls, they produce a fantastical space. We would like to introduce a case study of interior construction handled by Okuju. Opened in January 2007 in the Ushijima district of JR Nagoya Station, the Nagoya Lucent Tower was planned and constructed as a leading architectural project for a development plan that aims to shift the main focus from the south side of Nagoya Station to the north side in the future. The office entrance on the first floor is finished in a chic space with a monochrome color scheme. The Higashi Bunka Kaikan Cultural Hall was planned with a focus on musicality, while also being adaptable for theater performances and lectures through the use of variable acoustic devices. Our company participated from the design stage. We would like to introduce a case study of exterior construction handled by Okju. The Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store, New Building, consists of a total of 12 floors, including 2 basement levels and 10 above ground. It inherits the classical atmosphere of the main building while boasting a design and functionality that rival it. In particular, the decorative unit panels installed on the exterior of the top floor, which were constructed by our company, serve as a significant visual accent. Due to the volume and construction period, we repeatedly examined the construction methods, and combined vertical aluminum louvers and horizontal aluminum spandrels into large panels during the manufacturing process. These were then suspended using a large crane, and installation was carried out from the inside, which helped shorten the construction period and reduce external scaffolding. This is the "OS Sealing" reinforcement measure for ceiling materials to prevent damage from falling during major earthquakes. We have newly introduced a grade that can be considered even for "specific ceilings" through a method that improves the ceiling surface load capacity using assist bars.
