■Ball Bar Diagnosis: Using a ball bar, we evaluate the deviation from a perfect circle and the perpendicularity of two linear motion axes by simultaneously moving them in an arc. ■Laser Measurement: Using a laser measuring device, we conduct high-precision inspections of the current positioning accuracy and backlash accuracy, re-entering the values of the control device correction parameters for calibration.
