● In industries such as semiconductors, liquid crystals, chemical plants, food, and painting, many fluids such as solvents, chemicals, and corrosive gases are used. ● Traditionally, fluororubber has been used to seal these fluids, but its application range has been limited due to issues such as swelling or dissolution. ● Sanerast (3301-70) significantly improves chemical resistance compared to conventional fluororubber, while also providing sealing and heat resistance equivalent to that of traditional fluororubber. ● Therefore, the application range has greatly expanded, allowing for the use of rubber alone in areas where composite seals were previously used, significantly enhancing sealing performance and ease of installation. 【Features】 ◆ It can be used with water-glycol-based fluids, non-flammable hydraulic oils, methanol, ethylene diamine, sodium hydroxide, ammonia water, and lacquer thinner, which traditionally cause dissolution or significant swelling in conventional fluororubber. ◆ Heat and oil resistance are equivalent to that of conventional fluororubber, while durability has greatly improved. ◆ It has excellent wear resistance (approximately five times that of conventional fluororubber). ◆ It is lower in price than perfluoroelastomers.

A cap O-ring is a seal that integrates a crescent-shaped Teflon ring into the inner diameter surface of rubber, functionally utilizing the low friction properties of Teflon and the elasticity of rubber. 【Features】 1. Like rotating cap seals, it has low friction resistance and rarely experiences stick-slip. 2. It can be installed without dividing the groove, similar to rubber O-rings. 3. There is almost no increase in starting resistance even after long periods of inactivity. 4. The seal has a long lifespan. 5. It can be used at even higher speeds than cap seals. 6. It can be used in grooves for motion O-rings according to JIS B 2406. 7. When used with a retainer, it can be used up to 9.8 MPa.

Bespel® is a high-heat-resistant plastic (fully aromatic polyimide resin) developed by DuPont. It has the best heat resistance and wear resistance among engineering plastics and is used in a wide range of applications, including mechanical and electrical components. 【Features】 1. Excellent heat resistance. It can be used continuously at 288°C and intermittently at 480°C. 2. Excellent wear resistance. The limit PV value is more than 10 times that of general plastics. 3. Excellent creep resistance. Creep at 260°C and 18.2MPa is only 0.6% after 1000 hours. 4. Excellent electrical properties. Insulation strength is 22KV/mm. 5. Additionally, it excels in plasma resistance, radiation resistance, gas release resistance (under vacuum), and chemical resistance.
