This is a pure water cleaning gun that can be used primarily for maintenance purposes in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and is suitable for use in clean rooms. ■ Equipped with a stagnation prevention function to prevent bacterial growth during long periods of non-use. When the gun is not in use, residual water in the gun body and hose is drained from the built-in inner tube, preventing the outflow of turbid water caused by bacterial growth. ■ Lightweight design reduces the burden on operators. This is a hollow fiber membrane filtration filter for compressed air and nitrogen. The hollow fiber membrane consists of bundles of straw-like (macaroni-shaped) fibers with hollow interiors, capturing foreign substances on the outside of the membrane and supplying clean fluid. Due to the fine pore size of the hollow fiber membrane, it achieves precise filtration accuracy. This filtration accuracy is 0.003μm (3nm). It is mainly used in sensitive environments such as semiconductor manufacturing, electronic equipment manufacturing, and food factories, where contamination by minute foreign substances is a concern. Air filters and air dryers used for various analytical devices such as NOx analyzers (nitrogen oxide measurement devices), atmospheric analyzers, PM2.5 automatic measuring devices, and cell analyzers, for the purpose of preventing foreign substances and moisture contamination in carrier gas, blank gas, flushing, and zero gas. By equipping analytical devices with air filters and air dryers, it is possible to prevent noise caused by the contamination of foreign substances and moisture in the supply air of the analytical devices.

■About this product This is a dehumidifying filter that separates water vapor from compressed air and nitrogen air. The separated water vapor is released into the atmosphere, so no drainage treatment is necessary. ■To achieve dehumidification effect 1. Increase the supply pressure on the inlet side 2. Increase the flow rate on the inlet side 3. Restrict the flow rate on the outlet side with a flow control valve 4. Increase the purge amount ■What is purging? Purging refers to the process of releasing a portion of the dry air supplied to the outlet side, along with the water vapor inside the membrane, to the atmosphere through a separate circuit from the outlet side (purge). - The greater the purge amount, the better the dehumidification performance, but the flow rate on the outlet side will decrease. - If the purge amount is small, the dehumidification performance will slightly decrease, but a larger flow rate can be maintained on the outlet side. ■Mechanism of water vapor separation The filter uses a hollow fiber membrane made of polyimide material, which allows water vapor to pass through easily. When humid air is passed through from the inlet side under pressure, the water vapor is separated. As a result, dry air is obtained on the outlet side. It cannot be used under reduced pressure, as the water vapor will not be separated and dehumidification will not occur.

Liquids that come into contact with air contain gases such as nitrogen and oxygen, which are components of air. The gases in such liquids can sometimes cause various problems, such as rusting in pipes. This phenomenon can be prevented by degassing in advance. The larger the surface area (interface) where the liquid and gas meet, the more efficient the degassing can be. By using hollow fiber membranes, it is possible to increase the interface between the liquid and gas, which can also shorten the time required for degassing.

Hollow fiber membranes for liquids, pleated material cartridges (10 inches to 30 inches), and capsule-type filters. (Only the 10-inch cartridge-type housing is available in our lineup.) They are ideal for filtering tap water, drinking water, pure water, and chemicals. ■ Features of the filter material - Pleated material This structure wraps non-woven fabric filter media around a core (support), resulting in a smaller filtration area compared to hollow fiber membranes, but it is optimal for filtering relatively coarse foreign substances due to its larger pore size. We offer types ranging from 0.05 to 100 μm. (100 μm corresponds to the size of a human hair, and 50 μm corresponds to the size of pollen.) - Hollow fiber membrane material Unlike non-woven fabric, there is no need to wrap the filter media around a core (support), allowing for a higher density of membranes in the module. This results in a larger filtration area compared to pleated-type filters.
