The NP465XL series is the ideal pressure sensor for measuring resin that is always in a molten state during the injection molding process. The mounting screw at the tip of the sensor is a loose nut type, making installation easy, and the flexible hose (φ5) that protects the capillary can be bent freely up to a minimum radius of 25mm, so it is not constrained by dimensional limitations of the installation location. It can also be used in applications such as hot runners and hot melt applicators, in addition to the nozzle area.

The Dainisuko temperature sensor GRMT series is a unique temperature sensor that allows the thermocouple probe to be manually extended and retracted using a dial, making the protrusion length of the temperature measurement tip variable at will. Additionally, the extension and retraction of the thermocouple probe can be performed even during the operation of equipment such as extruders, making it very convenient for temperature measurements where the measurement position frequently changes, such as when wanting to alter the measurement position during the process considering the flow of resin or the depth of the flow path, or for experimental purposes.

The continuous screen changer is designed to minimize resin leakage that occurs during screen switching (when the bolts slide). In extrusion molding, contamination of the molded products can lead to a decline in quality. However, stopping the production line for screen replacement to prevent this issue reduces production efficiency, making it a constant topic of improvement in manufacturing environments. This screen changer operates with the upper and lower bolts working in tandem, allowing for the switch to a new screen (breaker plate) without reducing the filtration area efficiency, thus achieving increased productivity without halting the entire production line.

The Rapture Disk (Bursting Plate) BP420 series is a bursting plate with the same standard dimensions and tip shape as the Dynisco resin pressure sensor (tip diameter φ7.8, mounting screw 1/2-20UNF). In the event of an overpressure during the operation of the molding machine, the bursting plate at the tip will rupture, allowing it to function as an emergency drain valve to reduce pressure, thereby minimizing damage to the machine and accidents.
