The "SVC Series" is a flow meter that achieves high resolution and high accuracy by detecting the rotation of two screws (helical gears) with sensors and measuring based on the volume value per tooth. It offers significantly higher precision, lower pressure loss, and lower noise compared to conventional gear meters. It is capable of four-fold measurement through the detection of a two-phase 90° phase difference signal. It can accommodate a wide range of fluids, from high-viscosity fluids (such as adhesives, sealants, PVC, inks, isocyanates, and polyols used in urethane materials) to low-viscosity fluids (such as gasoline and diesel). The high-viscosity high-pressure gear (positive displacement) flow meter "VC Series" is suitable for high-pressure and high-viscosity fluids, offering excellent repeatability and achieving high accuracy. It is manufactured by KRACHT. It can also be used for fluids at high temperatures of up to 220°C. By providing a variety of product sizes, it accommodates a wide range of flow rates. Depending on the fluid specifications, the optimal housing material and bearing type can be selected, allowing for the most suitable measurement for the fluid. It is used for high-viscosity fluids such as adhesives, sealants, PVC, inks, isocyanates, and polyols, which are raw materials for urethane.
