"PYROSEALANT" is a sealant and gasket made from heat-resistant iron oxide compounds. The surface dries in about 10 to 15 minutes and fully cures in approximately 18 hours (at room temperature). Due to its high silica content, Pyrosealant can be used in conjunction with other high-temperature sealants. The "EAF CABLE-COVER" is a product specifically designed for the protection of water-cooled electric cables in electric arc furnaces. It uses a 96oz Pyro Blanket and is made from a specially sized tubular form with a Nomex one-touch seal. The "SILICAFLEX SLEEVE" is made from amorphous silica (SiO2) fiber thread and has the same heat resistance as the SilicaFlex blanket. It is resistant to most industrial chemicals, except for hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis. With complete flame resistance and over 96% high silica purity, it protects hoses and cables in high-temperature environments. The "THERMOSLEEVE S" is a product made of stretchable woven fiberglass that adapts to a wide range of sizes. It is coated with an acrylic solvent to ensure that the fibers do not unravel when cleaned with heat, and its abrasion resistance has also been improved. It stretches about 25% beyond its normal size. The continuous working temperature is 538°C. The "PYREFLECT BLANKET" is a product laminated with a strong fiber bracket that is protected by a two-layer aluminum-coated film and features heat-resistant adhesive attachment. The Pyreflect Blanket, tested at 1650°C for one minute, reflects at least 90% of radiant heat energy.
