The "New Elastomer Tourniquet Tube" is a product made from resin, replacing traditional tourniquets made from natural rubber. It possesses elasticity similar to natural rubber, and since the raw materials are not derived from natural rubber, there is no concern about long-term procurement issues, allowing for stable supply. "Funkle" is a special resin extrusion product that has a very low glass transition temperature. It is a product with high temperature dependence, with a glass transition temperature of 40°C, at which the resin softens and can be processed into any shape. When cooled with water or similar substances, it solidifies and maintains that shape. (Note: It becomes brittle below 0°C.) It has a specific gravity of 0.84, making it lightweight, and since it is an olefin-based resin, it shows resistance to acids and alkalis. "Shiri Kuroon" is a night-glow type silicone rubber extrusion product that uses a specially formulated phosphorescent pigment. It achieves approximately 10 times the brightness and glow duration compared to conventional phosphorescent pigments (such as zinc sulfide types). It absorbs light from sources like sunlight and fluorescent lamps, and emits light when it gets dark. It is a colored rubber molded through continuous extrusion vulcanization processing, with EPDM as the main material. The properties are solid rubber and foamed rubber.

When parts such as gears and bearings rub against each other and wear down, there is a risk of damage to the components and a decrease in precision. Since such risks are inherent in mechanical parts, "sliding" is essential when you want to ensure smooth movement. What is required for sliding properties is that the sliding surfaces have low heat generation, low power consumption, and a small difference in static and dynamic friction coefficients, resulting in a low friction coefficient. We have developed an "Eco Nannen Elastomer Sponge" that is highly flexible and does not contain halogens, using our unique compounding technology. Compared to conventional rubber-based flame-retardant sponges, the amount of carbon dioxide emissions during production can be significantly reduced. Additionally, being non-halogenated makes it suitable for electronics products and automotive products, which face stricter environmental regulations and flame-retardant standards in recent years, as well as for flame-retardant sponge tubes and pipes used in construction materials. We are currently making diligent efforts to further reduce hardness and develop irregular shapes.
