Since our establishment, we have received high praise from various power companies for our opening and closing technology of ampere-based breakers, as well as our design capabilities for coils and solenoids, which have continuously met customer needs over the years. We have developed a power latching relay primarily for smart meters. Smart meters play an important role in the smart grid concept aimed at optimizing energy use towards the realization of a low-carbon society. We are committed to ensuring the safety of households while taking on part of the smart meter's responsibilities by achieving high quality, high reliability, and space-saving designs. Additionally, we will flexibly respond to customer needs regarding drive methods and terminal shapes.

Clearing hard conditions transforms new value into trust. Under various harsh conditions, repeated test simulations are conducted. To enable utilization in all regions of the world alongside the precision and high quality of products, a Quality Assurance Management Center was established in 1996. Experiments using the latest equipment, such as performance tests, are meticulously repeated, and the results are utilized not only in quality assurance plans but also in the development of new products. At DEC, which has consistently implemented development designs that anticipate technological evolution and connect to the future, we are enhancing our responsiveness by establishing a flexible design and manufacturing system based on the specifications of each user to better satisfy the diverse needs of domestic and international markets. Based on the vast achievements of power relays developed so far, DEC's more meticulous design and manufacturing create new value. The motto of "accumulating technology in all processes of development, design, manufacturing, and inspection," established since our founding, is still upheld today and is applied to the construction of rational production lines that integrate production efficiency and safety. Additionally, in actual manufacturing, we are advancing a more waste-free production method by utilizing CAD/CAM and CAE to connect production systems with information systems.
