This is a powder made from high-quality Australian kaolin that has been wet-milled using a ball mill, sieved through a 400 mesh, and then spray-dried using a spray dryer. Our company is engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of traditional ceramics materials, as well as contract spray drying of fine ceramics. We have introduced measurement instruments necessary for testing and inspection, such as laser diffraction particle size analyzers, B-type viscometers, pH meters, and X-ray fluorescence analyzers. Depending on the progress of development plans, we can assist at any stage from raw material testing to mass production prototypes. Using the know-how we have cultivated since our establishment in evaluating, designing, and assessing raw materials such as ceramic clay and glazes, we achieve compression of time and costs until product commercialization. We would like to introduce our powder processing and equipment. In 1991, we introduced our first open-type spray dryer (SD), followed by the second unit in 2000 and the third unit in 2007. During this time, we established a quality management system and have been responding to various drying and granulation needs under thorough quality control. When switching products, we conduct thorough hand washing of the tower and tanks, as well as disassembly and cleaning of the sludge transport equipment. Our company carefully selects and adopts raw materials from various locations both domestically and internationally. These raw materials are adjusted according to their intended purpose, and we offer over 20 types of clay, including earthenware, standard porcelain, white porcelain, reinforced porcelain, and recycled porcelain, as well as more than 10 types of glazes designed to maximize the performance of the clay. The raw materials used in traditional materials are classified into four categories: base materials, melting materials, medium melting materials, and plastic materials, most of which are natural raw materials. In the selection process, we conduct raw material tests, incorporation tests, and cost evaluations, and sometimes visit mines to investigate geology, extractable quantities, and quality control.
