All-axis servo control manages the pitch, seal temperature, filling amount, and timing of each drive axis in bag-making, with file management allowing for the storage of over 300 product data entries. It features a fine-tuning function using a joystick. The area around the raw material is kept tidy, resulting in space-saving design.

Slowing down the packaging speed leads to a wider range of packaging conditions. It is possible to slit the film on the machine and produce beautifully finished four-sided seals. This results in a neat finish for the product and an increase in productivity through multi-lining (packaging speed × number of lines).

Equipped with a film automatic splicing device (splicer), this system adopts a method that allows for the discharge of defective sections before and after the splice without stopping the pump and while maintaining the same packaging speed.

The "Patchin Pack" is a system that mixes formulations filled in Room A and Room B by snapping the partition seal. It can be used for a variety of applications that require mixing just before use, including powders and solutions for cosmetic packs, roasted sesame and dressings, compressed wet towels and pure water, two-component curing adhesives, and oil-based and water-based liquids.
