It is equipped with standard operating mechanisms for bag-making conditions that vary according to the specifications of the products being produced, such as pattern matching photoelectric control, endless operation, pitch changes for bag-making, notch depth adjustment, fine-tuning of cut positions, and fine-tuning of cutting angles.

The measuring device can choose between the screw measuring method using an auger device and the mass measuring method using a turntable, allowing it to accommodate a wide range of filling materials and offering excellent maintainability.

The roll film used is slit into specified columns on this machine, and while forming tubes for each column, it is filled and packaged in between songs. By adopting a servo motor for the main drive unit, we have simplified the adjustment of pitch changes and filling timing, and have also implemented a system for file management of a wide variety of filling and packaging data. By selecting the weighing method, it can accommodate a wide range of products.

We have minimized the height of the conventional vertical packaging machine, which was a drawback, and improved its operability. It is now also possible to equip it with Komatsu's original auger scale, increasing the variety of scales available.

Attention those struggling with liquid filling in stick packaging! We have developed a stick filling and packaging machine specifically designed to address liquid leakage issues and internal sealing. Many users may be facing problems with leaks originating from the fundamental bonding of the film in stick packaging. This filling and packaging machine reaches out to those specific concerns. The individual packaging of matcha powder has been difficult for a long time, and there are many users facing challenges, especially since there are no automatic filling machines for around "30g." Issues such as seal defects due to fine powder floating, jamming, and the properties that tend to clump or solidify lead to instability in weighing.
