Nakamura Plating Industry Co., Ltd. handles a wide variety of surface treatments. We offer "white trivalent chromium conversion treatment" using dip sole ZT444, as well as "colored trivalent chromium conversion treatment" available in a variety of colors including red, blue, yellow, green, purple, and pink. Additionally, we provide a high-performance type of surface treatment called "high nickel zinc alloy = high nickel black and white," which has a nickel content of 14% + zinc 86%, higher than that of standard alloy plating. Commonly known as "High Nickel Black," this surface treatment is achieved by applying a chemical conversion treatment to an alloy plating of 15% nickel and 85% zinc, resulting in corrosion resistance that is 2 to 3 times greater than trivalent black. This surface treatment significantly improves the shortcomings of trivalent black, such as "poor color tone" and "vulnerability to scratches."

We will perform a chrome-free Kiring treatment (i.e., pickling and discoloration prevention treatment) on copper and copper alloys. Conventional Kiring treatment involves immersion in hexavalent chromium solution. I believe there are many vendors who are lagging behind in this regard. Please let us handle the treatment for you.

Black dye treatment can be applied to iron, brass, and stainless steel materials. By using copper plating or nickel strike plating in conjunction, black dye treatment can be applied to any material.

Parts that require high corrosion resistance can achieve a level of corrosion resistance that is insufficient with standard zinc plating or zinc alloy plating. It offers ten times the corrosion resistance of standard trivalent white.

Glossy nickel plating by barrel plating. Processing is possible for sizes ranging from φ0.6 mm to approximately 10 mm. Various combinations are available, including glossy, matte, double nickel, copper under nickel, and zinc plating with nickel undercoat (including trivalent chromium treatment).

Conventional electroless nickel plating contains lead as a stabilizer in the plating film. Additionally, it is common to perform hexavalent chromium immersion treatment as a discoloration prevention measure. However, our electroless nickel plating is treated to be free of lead and hexavalent chromium, making it fully compliant with RoHS.

It will be a glossy black plated coating based on nickel plating. It can be used as is for appearance, but it is also utilized as a base for black paint, improving the corrosion resistance of the painted surface, preventing the visibility of paint peeling areas, and serving various other purposes.

Ultra-high corrosion-resistant surface treatment with approximately 10 times the corrosion resistance of trivalent white and trivalent black. It is common to apply this treatment to M6 to M8 bolts or M3 to M4 small screws, but our company can also process precision parts with diameters ranging from 0.8 to 2.0 mm. There are two types of finished colors: blue-black and jet black.

Commonly referred to as trivalent white surface treatment. Plating is possible even for a single part. We can consistently accommodate diameters from φ0.6 to 10 mm. Depending on the consultation, it may be possible for diameters down to φ0.3 mm.
