Osaka Welding Industry is a company with over 40 years of history that uses a thermal spraying method for metal surface modification aimed at improving wear resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance of industrial parts. Starting with Stellite welding buildup, the company now employs five types of thermal spraying processes, targeting the selection and provision of processes tailored to customer needs. Additionally, it is simultaneously developing machining technology and offers services more quickly and at appropriate prices through integrated production from raw materials to finishing within the factory.

Surface treatment using ceramics, cermets, plasma spray, and low-hydrogen rod spraying method 3. Metalizing treatment 4. Gas and TIG welding buildup of self-fusing alloys and Stellite alloys 5. General machining associated with treatment 6. Powder metallurgy of tungsten carbide and special alloys using the ultra-hard clad process (vacuum diffusion bonding) 7. Internal diameter coating (self-fusing alloy) using the Internal Hard-facing Process (IHP) 8. Thick coating up to 30m using the Thick Hard-facing Process (THP) (self-fusing alloy) 9. Coating on complex-shaped substrates and inner surfaces using the Furnace Fusing Process (FFP) (self-fusing alloy) 10. Coating of carbides and their cermets using H.V.O.F. and H.V.A.F.
