Okugi Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a small factory specializing in wire cut electrical discharge machining, commonly used in mold manufacturing, for parts processing. We have accumulated the conditions for high-precision metal processing through wire cut electrical discharge machining developed in mold manufacturing, and have applied this technology to enhance our parts processing capabilities. Naturally, unlike mold manufacturing, parts processing must accommodate various materials, so we continuously accumulate processing conditions. Additionally, we have introduced machines capable of processing with a wire diameter of 0.03mm, allowing us to work with various materials and thicknesses.
