This is a portable noise meter that uses a Windows tablet PC. It is equipped with many features not found in standard noise meters. - Expressive capabilities unique to Windows-based systems - Synchronous recording and storage of data other than sound (such as vibration and engine RPM) is possible - If you already have a noise meter, it can accept external output input from that meter - In addition to standard features, various analyses and additional functions are available as optional features - The software is based on LabVIEW - Software customization is possible → We will add the desired functions specified by the customer before shipping. - Standard saving is in binary format. CSV file output functionality is also included as standard. This can be used as data for analysis in Excel and other software. As a standard noise meter, as a data logger, and as an oscilloscope using multiple sensors, it visualizes and makes data comprehensible through the expressive capabilities of a PC-based system. Through customization, various additional functions such as judgment functions and signal output can be added. Customization is carried out by our company.

The traditionally stationary and large equipment has been made more compact. A small microphone array has been equipped with a small camera, making it portable along with a laptop. The size is compact while maintaining the same functionality. With the handheld/portable visualization device, for example, field tests can be conducted outdoors to measure environmental noise. For instance, it can be brought into a vehicle to test various electronic components, air conditioning, speakers, etc. Additionally, it can be taken into a factory to measure environmental noise from production equipment and for preventive maintenance of production equipment. Being portable allows for use in various situations.

This is a sound source visualization device for small devices that has been difficult to achieve until now. We have designed and manufactured a compact microphone array to more accurately identify the location of sound generation. Despite its small size, it is equipped with a wide-angle camera, allowing for instant identification of sound origin. Furthermore, like conventional devices, it achieves high-speed processing at 25fps, enabling it to track sudden sounds, movement, and changing sounds. It is effective for small motors, automotive parts, circuit boards, mobile phones, and other devices where identifying the sound generation location has been challenging. What was previously invisible can now be seen. Identifying the source of sound is a prerequisite and the most important factor for soundproofing and noise countermeasures. By visualizing sound, we will solve our customers' challenges.
