We have designed and manufactured a compact microphone array to more accurately identify the location of sound generation. Despite its small size, it is equipped with a wide-angle camera, allowing for instant identification of sound origin. Furthermore, like conventional devices, it achieves high-speed processing at 25fps, enabling it to track sudden sounds, movement, and changing sounds. It is effective for small motors, automotive parts, circuit boards, mobile phones, and other devices where identifying the sound generation location has been challenging. What was previously invisible can now be seen. Identifying the source of sound is a prerequisite and the most important factor for soundproofing and noise countermeasures. By visualizing sound, we will solve our customers' challenges.
