We propose a suitable fully automatic packaging environment based on L-type sealing method and continuous side sealing method, tailored to the packaging materials and conditions. By connecting with the long-type shrink tunnel TUNNEL50TWIN, a high-speed shrink packaging line can be established without reducing packaging speed.

By combining an L-type automatic sealing machine with a heat shrink tunnel, the production quantity has significantly increased. The bags are formed by the sealing machine and then enter the heat shrink tunnel, where hot air is applied to achieve a neat finish. Additionally, it is also possible to package various products, including printed materials and tubular-shaped items, in addition to boxes.

This is a shrink packaging machine that has been loved worldwide for over 40 years, reflecting numerous patents based on the technology of the "seal & shrink tunnel integrated" design. In particular, the high-end model "FM-76A evo" features an acrylic cover for opening and closing, as well as a discharge conveyor, which enhances operability. Additionally, it offers a wide range of options to accommodate various working environments and work sizes.

The packaging material is manually fed in. When the start button is pressed, the motor-driven sealing bar automatically opens and closes, and the packaged items are automatically transported to the shrink tunnel. In automatic mode, the sealing bar operates continuously at intervals set by a timer, allowing the operator to simply place the packaging material in the designated position, significantly improving packaging efficiency.
