SCC has grown into a genuine global company.
SCC began selling products in Japan in 1988. This year, 2011, marks our 23rd anniversary. SCC was established in 1969 as a division of Burns Bros. Inc. (BBI), headquartered in Lake Oswego, Oregon, USA. After 36 years, we changed our name to Security Chain Co. (SCC). Today, SCC is not just a chain company! We offer not only traction products (both cable and link styles) but also a wide variety of bulk chains and accessories (for industrial and transport applications), cargo/road control products, and lifting products.
Business Activities
We have developed several patented products. In addition to the new low clearance cable chains, Super Z6 and Super Z8, we also introduce the SCC Smart Bar, Secure Bar, Value Bar, Curtain Bar, Quick Binder, and Speed Crank.
