The initiative started with a request from a part-time employee for a button to call for help, which prompted the responsible person to investigate further. Relief man: He was wandering around the site to check for any issues. ■ After implementation / Usage: - Workers carry a card-type transmitter and press it when in trouble (a slim-type transmitter is installed in places where it cannot be held). - The relief man goes to the called location to resolve the issue. - A one-sided receiver with a rotating light and buzzer is installed in a visible position. - Even if the one-sided receiver is not visible, it can be checked with a mobile receiver. The order of calls can also be seen in the history. ■ Log data collection: Log data can be generated on a computer. The one-sided receiver is LAN-compatible, and with the log generation software, the called number and time are saved in a CSV file. The computer is dedicated to log collection and is set to prevent sleep mode to continuously collect logs.
