The initiative started with a request from a part-time employee for a button to call for help, which prompted the responsible person to investigate further. Once loading preparations are complete, they go to call the workers. A "transmitter" is installed at the entrance. ★ Notification with the sound of the patrol light buzzer (electronic sound alert) An a-contact output receiver and buzzer are installed inside the warehouse. When a number is received by the a-contact output receiver, the buzzer continues to sound. When a supply of materials occurs and there is no forklift nearby, workers have to go out of their way to call for one. 【Operation】 ★ Two FA-10 transmitters and receivers are installed on each of the two forklifts. Manages calls from 1 to 20. A converter that can draw 100V from a battery is installed for power supply, providing electricity from the forklift. The times and counts of when red and green numbers were called and cleared are recorded, providing guidelines for personnel allocation and equipment layout changes.

Previously, they used an internal phone to notify others, but there were cases where individuals became agitated and violent when a call was made, or they were locked in and unable to leave. 【Operation】 ★ A transmitter will be placed under the table in the counseling room, and a receiver along with a rotating light will be installed at the reception/office. When the transmitter is pressed, a number will be displayed on the receiver, an alarm will sound, and the rotating light will illuminate. Staff members will rush to the room corresponding to the called number. ★ Since this is an emergency call system, it is not used frequently, but it provides peace of mind knowing that help can be summoned immediately if needed. Counselors have also reported that they can concentrate on listening to the concerns of those who come for counseling. Being wireless, it can be easily installed and used without interfering with equipment in factories or medical facilities.

The order of calls can also be seen in the history. ■ Log data collection: Log data can be generated on a computer. The one-sided receiver is LAN-compatible, and with the log generation software, the called number and time are saved in a CSV file. The computer is dedicated to log collection and is set to prevent sleep mode to continuously collect logs.
