Our company was founded with the intention of "wanting to create polishing equipment that utilizes the troubles and know-how known only to those who make." • Wafer processing/polishing equipment

The high-precision ball lens polishing device Ext-1B-0606-6P/L can polish micro ball lenses and preform ball lenses related to communication and video with micron-level precision. An optical flat refers to a parallel plane substrate that has been precisely polished on the surface of glass material. It is also used as a high-precision flat window material for lasers, but is typically used as an ideal plane (reference plane) for comparative reference against an unknown polished surface in terms of flatness (surface accuracy).

It is possible to set up to 7 levels of polishing processing conditions (time: minutes, rotation speed: RPM, weight pressure: Kg) and continuous operation is feasible.

Unlike conventional double-sided processing machines, the drive for the upper and lower platens adopts an independent drive system, allowing the upper platen to always remain level and move up and down via a gyro mechanism. Additionally, this is the flatness data for polished synthetic quartz glass with a diameter of φ140x6t. The flatness achieves a PV value of 50nm.
