These are parts that are welded together from wire processed products or welded between wire processed products and pressed products. They are used for clamps to route wiring in two-wheeled vehicles.

At Sanyo, we can consistently handle everything from the design, manufacturing, trial, adjustment, to mass production verification of molds in-house. Since we are a press processing manufacturer, we can produce molds that ensure stable quality while also considering productivity and maintainability. Additionally, we have numerous partner factories for mold production, allowing us to handle requests during busy periods (with multiple surfaces). We produce over 400 surfaces annually. To manufacture products in a short lead time, we must shorten each process of mold manufacturing and press processing. Because Sanyo can complete all processes in-house and has a proven track record of short lead times, we can produce products faster than anyone else.

Since this is a direct sale from the manufacturer, you can feel assured in placing your order as you can see the face of the manufacturer. There may be cases during product design where you cannot find the desired retaining ring that meets JIS standards or commercial dimensions. Since it is made to order, fine specification adjustments are also possible. (For example, size (inner and outer diameter, plate thickness), material, different shapes, surface treatment, heat treatment (hardness), etc.)

A snap pin is a mechanical component used by inserting it into holes for pins, bolts, pipes, etc., to prevent the pin from coming out or to stop the rotation of bolts. It is specified in the JIS standard (JIS-B-1360) and is widely used. Additionally, depending on the size and application of the product being used, it is often the case that snap pins of sizes not covered by the JIS standard are custom-made and used. They may also be referred to as R pins, β pins, or retaining pins.

Based on our experience, if you are looking for a small quantity of snap locks, it is generally more cost-effective to select from the catalog of specialized manufacturers. However, if you need to use a large quantity of snap locks as mechanical components for mass production, it is often more cost-effective to request them from a manufacturing company like ours.

Breathers are components that have the function of pressure regulation between the internal pressure of the engine and the external atmospheric pressure. The pipes are secured against tube pull-out through bulge processing, and the connection between the pipe and the plate is guaranteed for airtightness through our unique press fitting, rather than brazing. It can automatically and rapidly process materials drawn from coil stock to the required length for the intended parts, and it has the advantage of not requiring setup changes. "Shaving processing" is a method that involves re-shaving the sheared edges created by punching with a shear mold to obtain a smooth and highly accurate cross-section. The effect of shaving processing is that the less the allowance (cutting allowance), the lower the risk of cracks occurring on the shear surface. Additionally, the processing force required for shaving is determined by the material, circumference, and allowance (cutting allowance) of the workpiece rather than the plate thickness, allowing for processing with much smaller forces compared to conventional shearing. It is widely used for finishing sliding parts in industrial machinery and functional components.
