E-Mite UH is an ultra-hard anodizing treatment that further improves the coating hardness of E-Mite SH (Hv500). It achieves a surface hardness of Vickers hardness (Hv) 600 (approximately equivalent to HRC 55). It is suitable for applications where a hard surface treatment that is resistant to scratches is desired, as well as for those requiring wear resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. Compared to conventional hard anodizing, our unique anodizing technology significantly enhances hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance by forming a well-ordered oxide film. E-Mite CL is a crack-free hard anodized coating that demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance. It has minimal surface roughness variation and can suppress natural coloration of the film, maintaining a metallic feel. Neo Black is a black electroless nickel plating that is RoHS compliant and free of lead, recommended for applications requiring anti-reflection and radiation shielding. As it has a black metallic coating, it does not fade due to ultraviolet light (confirmed up to 24 hours of exposure) and has excellent heat resistance (confirmed at 200°C for 24 hours). Additionally, because it is an electroless plating, it has excellent uniformity in film thickness and can be uniformly applied to the inner surfaces of pipes and screws. KBM processing thin film coating is a matte black fluoropolymer coating primarily composed of PTFE. BS-ET processing (special etching for aluminum, chemical blast treatment) is suitable for preventing issues caused by static electricity in the manufacturing processes of semiconductors and FPDs. It is used in conjunction with various anodizing and plating treatments as a pre-treatment for aluminum. By roughening the surface with a blast treatment to reduce the contact area, it mitigates contact charging and detachment charging. It can accommodate both small and large products.

Super anodizing exhibits an appearance color tone equivalent to regular anodizing, but it forms a harder film due to a special electrolytic method.
