We specialize in large hole drilling and can process holes from 1mm and larger. We also perform counterboring and tapping hole drilling.
Since our establishment in 1963, our company has been dedicated solely to drilling for heat exchangers, shipbuilding, machinery, and processing machines. We believe that the earnest and sincere efforts of all our employees have resulted in the high level of technical expertise that satisfies our customers today. However, recent technological advancements have been rapid, and the processing demands from our customers have become increasingly challenging. - Minimum hole drilling processing from 1mm Hole size: Minimum 1mm to ∞ Hole tolerance: ±5/100mm Hole pitch tolerance: ±0.1mm Product weight: Up to 10t - Hole processing (NC machining center and manual processing) Using an NC machining center, we perform hole drilling processing for both small and large items with precision and high accuracy. Since we often handle one-off hole processing, we provide hole drilling tailored to customer needs from small lots. For deep hole processing and creating grooves in holes, techniques that cannot be achieved with the NC machining center are completed by skilled craftsmen who have been involved in hole drilling processing for many years.
