The traditional grooved rubber rolls, even when using a rigid film, typically cannot achieve sufficient elastic deformation of the rubber at a tension of around 200N/m, resulting in a lack of wrinkle-removing effect. Additionally, due to the grooves being too wide, they can cause groove transfer and wrinkle formation when winding thin or fragile films, leading to cases where their use is discontinued.
