The traditional grooved rubber rolls, even when using a rigid film, typically cannot achieve sufficient elastic deformation of the rubber at a tension of around 200N/m, resulting in a lack of wrinkle-removing effect. Additionally, due to the grooves being too wide, they can cause groove transfer and wrinkle formation when winding thin or fragile films, leading to cases where their use is discontinued. For those who feel that the wrinkle-removing effect of traditional grooved rubber rolls is insufficient, we propose the Micro Bingham Roll. **Effects of the Micro Bingham Roll** - It demonstrates a wrinkle-removing effect even at low tension due to the minute cross-sectional deformation of the roll surface. - The fine groove width makes groove transfer less likely, allowing for use on contact rolls. - When used on contact rolls, it enables winding at lower tension and lower contact pressure, achieving better winding than before. - Adding a concave shape to the Micro Bingham Roll increases the coefficient of friction compared to metal rolls, resulting in a greater wrinkle-removing effect. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*

The Waybee is a blowerless, non-contact shockwave film cleaner. It features a unique cleaning head mechanism (patented) that strikes the shockwaves generated against the air boundary layer accompanying the workpiece, while simultaneously generating wind speeds exceeding 30 m/s near the substrate without a blower. This allows for the efficient removal of "killer dust" below 10μm and dust particles up to several hundred micrometers, using a small dust collector to suction up the lifted dust.
