Our company has primarily engaged in processing connectors and multi-core cables, as well as contract processing of items such as lead wires for air conditioning equipment motors. Since the establishment of the Sagamihara factory in 2002, we have not only focused on harnesses but have also been involved in the assembly and manufacturing of small units. In recent years, we have strongly recognized the necessity for small-lot, diverse processing, and in order to meet our customers' strong needs, we are committed to quality control and pricing, as well as responding to short delivery times. With a flexible mindset and a bold spirit of challenge, all our employees are working hard to achieve these goals.
Business Activities
○Manufacturing Department We manufacture wire harnesses, process various cables, crimp various terminals, and assemble units related to industrial equipment boards and controls. ○Sales Department We handle a variety of parts, primarily from Tyco Electronics Japan, including various terminals, connectors, couplers, cables, electrical components, wire harness accessories, and parts necessary for harness assembly. We can sell both assemblies and individual parts. ○Inspection Department We provide dimensional inspection services for connectors and assemblies (initial product inspection and initial inspection). We also conduct length measurement inspections for various connectors and molded parts such as assemblies. We collaborate with specialized inspection companies to assist in the swift transition from prototype to mass production.
