Manufacturing of special screws, screwdrivers, and small parts. We produce custom-made components specifically for applications in machine tools, construction hardware, bicycle-related items, industrial machinery, precision instruments, and medical devices. Our technology integrates cutting processes using small NC composite lathes with plastic processing through pressing, enabling the production of proposal-type small parts. Shaping processes using lathes can achieve effective depths for hexagonal holes and pilot holes that are nearly the same. This is groundbreaking for the market of countersunk screws and low-head hexagon socket bolts, which previously could only be addressed through cold forging or expensive electrical discharge machining for small quantities of diverse products. Our company can respond quickly to products requiring this technology. We can freely control the dimensions of the opposing sides of the hexagonal holes, making them suitable for use in anti-tampering and maintaining confidentiality. For screws, we can accommodate hexagonal holes in inch sizes as well as custom orders in metric sizes. We have processing experience with materials such as heat-resistant Inconel, Hastelloy, and titanium for cap bolts and hollow sets. We are proposing hexagonal socket bolts made of magnesium material for fields that require non-magnetic, lightweight, and vibration-absorbing properties.
