〇 Unique plaster casting by Hashiba that turns "I wish it could be done" into reality Plaster casting, one of the precision casting methods, is suitable for prototyping and small lot production, and can accommodate complex shapes and sudden design changes. We provide high-quality products comparable to die casting in a short delivery time. The materials used are mainly aluminum alloys and magnesium alloys. They are widely utilized for lightweight and high thermal conductivity components, and we can propose various materials including special materials. 〇 Equipped with cutting-edge machining factory We have a range of 5-axis machining centers that can quickly handle complex three-dimensional shapes. We also actively accept machining of difficult-to-cut materials. Additionally, we have established a consistent production line that allows for collaboration in post-processing of cast products, focusing on reducing delivery times while maintaining confidentiality.
