On March 23, 2023, Shingu Giken Co., Ltd. acquired 100% of the shares of Aoyama Seisakusho Co., Ltd., making it a subsidiary. Aoyama Seisakusho Co., Ltd. has introduced cutting processing equipment, including a 5-axis machining center DMG MORI DMU80eVo Linear and NC lathes, as well as a temperature-controlled inspection room equipped with a Tokyo Seimitsu CNC three-dimensional measuring machine, enabling the production of high-precision metal parts. With this M&A, the Shingu Giken Group is now able to respond to a wider range of customer needs.
