"Reflective ink" reflects external electromagnetic waves and shields them as a part of the current, while "absorptive ink" converts electromagnetic waves into heat when they hit the coating, resulting in attenuation. Since electromagnetic wave shielding ink is screen printed, it can be printed only where necessary and in the required amounts. It can turn plastics into electromagnetic wave reflective and absorptive materials, which can lead to lighter and thinner products. MIX-HF ink is a special overprint ink designed for TOC-HF ink and MIR mirror ink. Typically, the mirror layer formed by printing mirror ink on polycarbonate substrates becomes cloudy when overprinted with standard screen ink, but using MIX-HF ink prevents the mirror from becoming cloudy. Additionally, MIR mirror ink alone is prone to scratches and has insufficient durability, but overprinting with MIX-HF ink improves scratch resistance and provides the necessary durability. It can be printed on polycarbonate and treated PET materials, and when combined with TOC-HF ink and the MIR mirror ink series, it offers excellent opacity, allowing for the formation of a mirror finish equivalent to silver vapor-deposited film, making it suitable for applications in display panels for home appliances, membrane switches, and other products.

TOC-HF ink forms a transparent colored coating, and by overprinting with MIR-HF51000 mirror silver, it is possible to achieve a vibrant colored mirror finish. In the manufacturing process of flat panel displays, double-sided tape is used for the adhesion of functional films and protective films that prevent dirt and scratches on the panels. However, this adhesive method using double-sided tape requires many steps, such as "cutting the double-sided tape to match the adhesive surface," "adhering the double-sided tape," and "removing the release paper." Additionally, there are issues related to waste, such as excess portions when aligning the release paper and adhesive surfaces. However, by using UV adhesives, it becomes possible to simultaneously solve the issues of the number of processes and waste.

MIX-HF has achieved "high transparency" and "excellent leveling properties" beyond conventional standards. The haze value (*) of the MIX-HF 000 medium can reach as low as 0.6. This high transparency allows for its use in optical components where transparency is required, such as camera lenses for mobile phones. (*) Haze value It refers to the ratio of diffuse transmitted light to total transmitted light when visible light is irradiated. A smaller haze value indicates better transparency. Haze value (%) = Td / Tt × 100 (Td: diffuse transmittance, Tt: total light transmittance)
