Microspring Co., Ltd. flexibly responds to customer requests and produces fine springs with high precision. Currently, we are stably supplying fine springs in various fields such as electronic components, mobile phones, automotive parts, and medical devices. One of our representative springs is a precision spring with an outer diameter of about 1 millimeter that supports the metal ball at the tip of a ballpoint pen from the inside. At Microspring, we continuously produce precision springs using our self-developed NC machines. This unique NC machine was developed through repeated efforts to create a numerical control method that does not rely on molds or the skilled hands of craftsmen. We have accumulated know-how in "spring making" that cannot be imitated elsewhere. We have installed our self-developed NC machines, which do not require craftsmen, in each group factory to produce and supply stably close to our customers. We ensure meticulous discussions from the prototype stage and promise rapid responses up to mass production.
