Currently, we are stably supplying fine springs in various fields such as electronic components, mobile phones, automotive parts, and medical devices. One of our representative springs is a precision spring with an outer diameter of about 1 millimeter that supports the metal ball at the tip of a ballpoint pen from the inside. At Microspring, we continuously produce precision springs using our self-developed NC machines. This unique NC machine was developed through repeated efforts to create a numerical control method that does not rely on molds or the skilled hands of craftsmen. We have accumulated know-how in "spring making" that cannot be imitated elsewhere.
