Company information
There are various types of springs, including wire springs, leaf springs, and disc springs, but Asahi Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd. mainly specializes in wire springs. Wire springs are a general term for springs made from wire-like materials. They are also called coil springs because they are coiled, and include "compression springs" used for pushing, "tension springs" used for pulling, and "torsion springs" that utilize twisting force. Additionally, there is "wire processing," which shapes materials without coiling. The shapes of springs are virtually limitless, depending on material, wire diameter, size, shape, and application. Since its establishment, Asahi Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing springs through manual processing for many years. Subsequently, with the development of coiling machines, the company actively adopted them to meet large orders. Currently, by combining machinery and manual processing, it has become possible to manufacture more complex springs in various shapes.
