There are various types of springs, such as wire springs, leaf springs, and disc springs, but Asahi Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd. mainly specializes in wire springs. Wire springs are a general term for springs made from wire-like materials. They are also called coil springs because they are coiled, and include "compression springs" used for pushing, "tension springs" used for pulling, and "torsion springs" that utilize twisting force. Additionally, there is "wire forming," which creates shapes without coiling. The shapes of springs are virtually limitless, depending on material, wire diameter, size, shape, and application. Asahi Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing springs by hand since its establishment. Subsequently, with the development of coiling machines, the company actively adopted them to meet large orders. Currently, by combining machinery and hand processing, it is possible to manufacture more complex springs in various shapes. 【Product Samples】 ○ Compression coil springs (compression springs) ○ Tension coil springs (tension springs) ○ Torsion springs ○ Wire forming For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
