Leave complex bending shapes to us!! We have bending processing experience with thicknesses from 2mm to 200mm. If you provide us with drawings or data, we will create a full-size layout, calculate the necessary material dimensions, and begin the bending process. We manufacture all molds in-house, allowing us to accommodate short delivery times. We also perform can fabrication and can handle cutting, beveling, assembly, and welding after pressing. Small quantities and a variety of products are very welcome.

Metal bending processing using a spinning method that does not require molds. We perform drawing processing using metal rolls. Basically, no molds or wooden patterns are needed, allowing for various shapes of metal processing. We also accommodate single items. The Iga factory specializes in spinning, so we have production capacity and are confident in our delivery times.

For products that were previously divided, we can reduce canning labor by using pressing and spinning to create a single integrated shape without seams, instead of performing assembly and welding. If you are looking to reduce material costs related to product shaping or decrease welding seams, please feel free to consult with us.

By converting from cast structures to steel plates, cost reduction and shorter delivery times are possible. Since there are no issues such as shrinkage cavities when switching from cast to steel plates, the effort for repairs or the need to increase plate thickness to account for shrinkage can be reduced. Additionally, the weldability improves, making it advantageous for integration with other products.
