It is an air-driven diaphragm pump suitable for the transfer of food, beverages, and dairy products, and can serve as an alternative to rotary pumps and snake pumps. ~ Introducing examples of applications using the optional features of the One Nut Pump ~ 【Regarding Inlet Pressure】 If the inlet side exerts a pressure exceeding 0.07 MPa on the pump, the load on the diaphragm becomes significant, leading to a substantial reduction in its lifespan. By using a back plate, the diaphragm is protected against the inlet pressure, allowing it to withstand a maximum pressure of 0.7 MPa even in a stationary state. 【CIP Cleaning】 When performing CIP cleaning, an external pump is used to push the cleaning solution into the One Nut Pump under pressure. Typically, it is necessary to operate the One Nut Pump in conjunction with the external pump, which can cause the diaphragm to twist or break when stationary. By using a back plate, there is no need for synchronized operation, which helps extend the lifespan of the diaphragm.
