As a solution, they implemented our "One Nut Pump." By using a back plate for diaphragm protection, this pump can withstand pressures of up to 0.7 MPa. The "500 Style Pump," an air-driven diaphragm pump from Chuo Rika, is a high-maintenance, high-cleanability pump that leverages the characteristics of our product, the One Nut Pump, which can be assembled and disassembled with just one nut. The One Nut Pump 500 Style has all wetted parts made of resin, allowing it to pump various acids and chemicals, including paints, dyes, and chemical agents. With the disassembly of just the main nut, it provides access to the interior of the diaphragm while still connected to the piping, enabling quick maintenance. The main materials of the resin pump include polypropylene, PVC, and PTFE.

This is a resin pump made of all PTFE/Teflon, known as the "One Nut Pump," which can be disassembled and assembled with just one nut. It is designed from a single Teflon block, minimizing the number of parts and eliminating potential leaks, making it an air-driven diaphragm pump. There is also a black type made of antistatic PTFE. It retains the advantages of conventional one-nut pumps, allowing access to the diaphragm interior with just one nut while still connected to the piping. This significantly reduces the time required for cleaning and maintenance.
