It is designed from a single Teflon block, minimizing the number of parts and eliminating potential leaks, making it an air-driven diaphragm pump. There is also a black type made of antistatic PTFE. It retains the advantages of conventional one-nut pumps, allowing access to the diaphragm interior with just one nut while still connected to the piping. This significantly reduces the time required for cleaning and maintenance.
