This is a resin pump made of all PTFE/Teflon, known as the "One Nut Pump," which can be disassembled and assembled with just one nut. It is designed from a single Teflon block, minimizing the number of parts and eliminating potential leaks, making it an air-driven diaphragm pump. There is also a black type made of antistatic PTFE. It retains the advantages of conventional one-nut pumps, allowing access to the diaphragm interior with just one nut while still connected to the piping. This significantly reduces the time required for cleaning and maintenance. Many users are using this mini-chem pump to transfer chemicals that cannot be transported by traditional one-nut pumps made of SUS or aluminum.
