By intensively irradiating laser light with a light concentration intensity of 100 megawatts per unit area, we efficiently remove dirt, rust, and coatings. Achieving class-leading (*) light concentration intensity allows us to remove deep rust, thick coatings, and stubborn dirt that could not be removed even by other manufacturers' laser cleaners with over 1500 W. While maintaining stability during long-term use, we have achieved complete air cooling. By eliminating the need for a cooling chiller, the entire system has become more compact, enhancing flexibility in installation and transportation. Maintenance tasks such as managing and replacing cooling water are also unnecessary, improving convenience. We have adopted a small, lightweight head using a one-axis mirror galvanometer. Combined with the realization of air cooling, we have achieved a weight of just 1 kg. This reduces the burden on users during transport and operation, contributing to improved work efficiency.

This is a laser cleaner with an output of 100 W that adopts the Master Oscillator Power Amplifier (MOPA) method. It features a handheld two-axis laser head that can be held with one hand, combined with a compact body, making it excellent for long-term use and portability. The two-axis buffing mode allows for smooth finishing while minimizing damage to the base material. The variable pulse width enables fine condition settings, allowing for adjustments to the finish after laser irradiation.

We adopted the same laser optical system (laser light source, optical system, galvanometer scanner) as the conventional products of Hikariyo while increasing the output power of the laser. This innovation allows us to remove dirt of the same size (minimum: 0.1 x 0.1 mm to maximum: 680 x 680 mm) in about half the working time compared to a 100W laser cleaner. The reduction in removal time enables significant added value by minimizing damage to the base material while effectively removing dirt.

By adopting a continuous wave operation (CW Operation) instead of the conventional pulsed operation and adding a special optical design module, the laser focusing intensity has improved by more than 20 times compared to our conventional 100W pulsed laser cleaner. This was achieved by the design and development efforts of the laser experts at Okyo, resulting in a focusing intensity higher than that of kW-class CW laser cleaners. The above features have been compacted into a size of 525 mm in width, 720 mm in depth, and 385 mm in height (excluding protrusions). This size is easy to handle and significantly reduces the workload.

The highest output in our company's history With a laser output of 1500 W, the work speed is three times faster than conventional products. By using a stable water-cooled system and selecting laser heads according to applications and purposes, we have achieved both reliability and convenience. Feature 1: Laser Output 1500 W In response to the demand for high-output laser cleaners, we have increased the output to 1500 W. It can remove rust, dirt, and coatings over a wide area more than three times faster than conventional products. Feature 2: Stability and Reliability through Water Cooling We have adopted a water-cooled system using chillers from domestic manufacturers for the cooling mechanism. This ensures the reliability needed for long-term and stable operation of high-output laser equipment. Feature 3: Selection of Laser Heads According to Applications and Purposes A one-axis small and lightweight head (weighing 1 kg) that contributes to reducing user burden during handheld operations. A two-axis head that is useful for automation in production line integration and robotic movements. These can be selected according to customer requirements.
