MFC NT01-M02 is a super non-stick coating system that combines inorganic paint with 'Si-O bonds' and demonstrates excellent non-stick properties against a wide variety of adhesives. This coating system consists of a special hybrid base coat and an inorganic super non-stick paint. The special bead aggregates contained in the base coat create a rough texture (rough surface) on the coating film, and by combining it with a top coat of inorganic silicate ceramic that does not contain free silicone compounds, it achieves "super non-stick performance" that prevents adhesion of various adhesives. In addition to excellent non-stick properties, the top coat excels in many characteristics such as heat resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and contamination resistance. < Features > 1. The FCU-DFC series is a groundbreaking self-extinguishing flame retardant that incorporates three elements to suppress combustion. It is a coating that inhibits the elements necessary for combustion (heat, oxygen, and flammable gases). There are three main types: an impregnation type for absorbent materials, a powder mixing type that can be blended into resins, and a coating type for existing materials, which can be combined with other functional coatings for various applications. Combustion requires a chain of three elements: heat, flammable gases, and oxygen, and it is said that if any one of these elements is missing, combustion will not occur. The FCU-DFC series can suppress combustion by employing gas phase control (suppressing thermal decomposition in the early stages of combustion, diluting flammable gases, blocking oxygen, and cooling) and solid phase control (diluting and blocking flammable gases in the mid to late stages of combustion, generating non-combustible char for insulation, and blocking oxygen). It has achieved "quasi-non-combustible" certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for structural plywood and "flame retardant" certification from the Japan Flame Retardant Association for activated carbon-treated products.

MFC OW-RS1 reproduces the lotus effect with a fractal surface through nanotechnology, providing a powerful superhydrophobic and oleophobic coating that repels both water and oil, as well as a slippery water and oil surface. Due to its countless protruding microstructures and surface chemical properties, it suppresses surface free energy, resulting in a contact angle of over 155° with water and over 150° with oil, preventing the substrate from getting wet. Additionally, the angle at which water droplets roll off (slippery water angle) is less than 1°, causing droplets to slide off even at slight angles. It possesses super oleophobic and slippery properties not found in conventional superhydrophobic agents, with excellent coating strength and durability, forming a tough film. <Features> 1. MFC TRB 180 is a flexible surface modifier based on fluorine/polysiloxane. It has excellent deformation followability for various rubber elastomers and shows superior adhesion to silicone rubber and others. The colorless and transparent shatterproof paint 'WPD SP01-C01' is an elastic PCD-based urethane dispersion paint designed for glass shatter prevention. Additionally, it is a one-component type that cures and dries quickly, demonstrating good workability. Compared to the conventional MFC 7000-C01, it can be applied in thicker layers and has good deformation followability. <Features> 1.
