The DeviceNet 11-25VDC "ThinkTop" is a control head that includes indicator units and solenoid valves, controlling all types of process valves. It controls and supervises air valves and is mounted on top of the valve. It receives control signals from the PLC to the valve and sends feedback signals to the PLC, indicating when the valve is in a specific position. To adapt the sensor board to specific valves and applications, the user can set up the ThinkTop using either a local key or a keypad (available for separate order). The IndiTop 8-30 VDC/AC is a feedback signal unit designed simply for sanitary automatic valves. It can be connected to the I/O units of major PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers). This valve display unit is used in applications such as food, dairy, brewing, and biopharmaceuticals. The unit is attached to the actuator of Alfa Laval's automatic valves with a grab screw, and the detection body is fixed to the stem. ThinkTop Basic Intrinsically Safe consists of an NC inductive NAMUR sensor and an electromagnetic valve that control processing valves. It controls and supervises the air valve and is mounted on top of the valve. It receives control signals for the electromagnetic valve from the PLC and provides valve status signals back to the PLC.
