Specialized in precision machining with one NC horizontal boring machine. Capable of handling widths up to 2500mm and weights of around 5 tons. Also equipped with lathes with a center distance of 6m and can manufacturing technology for the chemical industry.
We are operating 11 Toshiba machine-made table-type NC horizontal boring machines in two shifts. We also have a horizontal machining center with 10 pallet tables measuring 1m x 1m, which can handle mass production. If you provide us with the program, we can start mass production immediately. The materials are supplied by the customers, and we offer contract processing. Founded in 1910, we are an old yet new company. Business Activities
We process cast steel components for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' turbine compressors used in plants. These include upper and lower combination bearings and steam valve chambers. The individual weight can be up to 5 tons. Yaskawa Electric processes robot parts, including bearings, frames, and arms. We also process arms that are about 2 meters long. We can accommodate small-lot production of a wide variety of items.
