Our main business is the design and manufacturing of various tools and the custom production of machine parts. Recently, it has become increasingly difficult to complete all processes in-house for many parts. We have grouped together small local factories to decentralize the workflow, and our sales representatives from Nikkou Seiki visit each partner company to streamline the processing flow. With this agility, we ensure delivery times while striving to provide quality and cost that satisfy our valued customers. We offer a wide range of services, including cutting, welding, and machining of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, as well as heat treatment and surface treatment. We also accept processing of resin materials and rubber vulcanization and machining.
