We can accommodate everything from prototypes and precision parts to mass-produced items. ▲ Gas Nitriding ▲ This process can enhance surface wear resistance and fatigue resistance. It can effectively harden the surface of complex shapes and precision parts without any issues. ▲ Salt Bath Nitriding ▲ This method can be applied to almost all iron-based materials regardless of steel type, and we can also perform surface treatment on SUS materials. Additionally, our company has installed a stirrer above the furnace to evenly permeate the chemicals, allowing for uniform surface treatment without inconsistencies.
